Locating the Email

Correct Email?
It might seem like a small detail, but if you didn’t manually type in your email address, autofill may have used outdated information. This could mean the confirmation was sent to an old or incorrect email address. Please double-check the email you provided.

Check Your Spam Folder
Occasionally, our emails might get redirected to your spam or junk folder. If you’re sure you used the correct email address, we recommend checking there just in case.

DOWNLOADING

For Android:

1. Go to Files App: Look for an app called "Files", "My Files", or "File Manager" on your device. 
2. Open the Downloads Folder:
   • Open the Files app and locate the folder called "Downloads".
   • You can easily do this by using the menu or "Browse" tab to locate it.
3. Get Your Downloads: From here, you can scroll through the folder to find the image you downloaded. Tap on it to view.

Or you can also open your Gallery or Photos app. Downloaded pictures may automatically appear there under a "Downloads" photo album.

For iPhone:

1. Check the Photos App:
   • Open the Photos app from your home screen.
   • Look in the "Recents" or "Downloads" album for saved images.
2. Use the Files App:
   • Open the Files app and tap "Browse" at the bottom.
   • Navigate to "On My iPhone" or iCloud Drive and open the "Downloads" folder.
3. Search for Your File: Swipe down from the home screen to open the search bar. Enter the file name or keyword to quickly find it.

If you're unable to click/ see the download link, it's likely due to you viewing the email on a computer. Our digital wallpapers are designed for mobile devices, so we recommend opening the email through a mobile device. 

From here, you should have no problem seeing the download link and getting access to your digital wallpapers.

Please note that it may not always download directly to your camera roll, as sometimes it can end up in the files section on your mobile device.
